Tronic operates our own U.L. listed central station located in Fort Smith,
Arkansas. It is one of three in the state. We have trained
operators on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Help is never more than a phone call away. Being listed by Underwriters Laboratories assures you that we meet their strict criteria for monitoring, including: mandated operator training, powerful back up power and fully redundant systems. Guard Tronic can offer services that no other alarm company in our area can. We offer U.L. listed central station service, two-way radio monitoring, internet monitoring, and video monitoring. Reports from the central
station can be emailed or faxed automatically. Many company managers
want to know when their employees arm and disarm the security
system. That reporting capability is just a mouse click away.
We can email you a report daily, weekly or monthly to show if and when and
by who your system was armed/disarmed. |

Tronic is now Disaster Recovery Certified by Security Information and
Management Systems (SIMS), our U.L. Listed automation and software system.
Should a disaster strike our central station (such as a tornado), with one call we can forward our phone lines to SIMS's office in Plano, TX. We can then begin monitoring our accounts from anywhere in the world. Before becoming Disaster Recovery Certified we must test the process to ensure that the procedures work in the event of an emergency situation.
